Missions Weekend & Pledge Drive
Join us April 27 -28, 2024 for a special missions weekend!
On Saturday, April 27th from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, the women will gather together for the Ladies on Mission Spring Brunch. Come and learn how women are helping women worldwide, and how YOU can have a global impact.
We will share a brunch together and hear about our missionaries. The Fair Trade Gift Shop will be on site for you pick up something special.
NO PASSPORT REQUIRED!
On Sunday, April 28th at 10:10 AM, missionary Mike Reynen will bring us the morning message.
Al and Diane Mellinger
Al and Diane have a Marketplace Ministry that helps the poor, disabled, and unemployed around the world, helping them earn support for their families through Economic Development. This is done through sales of handmade products that are created by those in need and sold to help to give them a sustainable income. They partner with more than 25 other organizations with a similar goal.

Thom and Sherry Cahill
Thom and Sherry Thom and Sherry Cahill work in spiritual formation and leadership development in Asia. They help recruit teachers, coordinate leadership training modules, work with video training, as well as mentoring and coaching leaders.
Mike and Vickie Reynen
Mike Reynen works with African leaders for the expansion of the church and the formation of local churches. Mike and Vickie both encourage the missionary team to empower national leaders. Vickie puts much of her energy into Tumaini Women Kenya, a discipleship-oriented micro-savings and loan ministry, and Thrive (also Kenya), a young women’s ministry discipling and advocating against gender-based violence and sex trafficking.
Eden’s Glory
Eden’s glory is a privately funded Christ-Centered treatment home for survivors of human trafficking. They provide trauma-informed therapy, classes, and support for the purpose of healing and restoration. Lives are being transformed through this ministry.
Hope Institute of Uganda
HIU works to change generations one life at a time by raising up leaders and businesses to alleviate poverty in Uganda. They provide educational subsidies and scholarships for children and young adults whose families are unable to pay the costs themselves. Compass Church gives regularly to this fund to help keep kids in school so they can become contributing members of their society.
Light and Life Free Methodist Church
